The location of this apartment is superb, with a great supermarket only a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, it offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city and the pool is simply amazing for relaxing. The apartment itself is very clean, with comfortable beds and great garden furniture. The host, Goran, is also excellent and even cooked a delicious Croatian dish for us one evening.
The only downside is that air conditioning is only available in one room, which may be a bit inconvenient during the hot days.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Retreat Apartment. the pool was amazing and the surrounding area was so peaceful, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle. the beds were incredibly comfy and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We loved the outdoor area with its great garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. the proximity to a superb supermarket just a 1-minute walk away was incredibly convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Goran, who even cooked us a delicious Croatian dish in the outdoor oven one evening. this is the most complete apartment we have ever stayed in and we highly recommend it for a perfect stay in Zadar. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 🌟.

It is located not too far from the city center, making it convenient for exploring, yet it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a great kitchen and barbecue area. The highlight for our kids was definitely the awesome swimming pool, where they had a blast. , the property is just a two-minute walk from shops, including a Decathlon if you need any supplies for your adventures. We also appreciated the helpfulness and support of Goran, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend this apartment for anyone who needs a vacation, especially families with children.
For dads, it would be great if there were more air conditioning units in the apartment.

I always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. At my first stay, staff helped my elderly parents with a good attitude. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

Lovely apartment with a private pool - perfect for showing off my fabulous tan. And the supermarket next door was just the cherry on top.
Beds are softer than a marshmallow - great for sinking into, not so great for my posture. But hey, beauty is pain, right?
